| dc.description.abstract | Business failure is one of the most troubled topics to every company around the world. There are a lot of different situations in many companies, so it is hard to put all of the situations in one study. Therefore, we usually apply case study analysis for each company‟s situation. Sharing the same purpose, this study aims to tackle the topic „Business failure and restructuring strategy – Binh An seafood JSC by applying the theories into the real situation and adding fresh points of view to build up credibility and inject independently rational thoughts on the issue. This study indicates the financial problems of Bianfishco from 2010 to 2012 in Viet Nam by applying Altman Z-score formula to determine the bankruptcy possibility and descripting the recovery period after restructuring. In addition, qualitative method is used as the main method to identify the recovery and turnaround of Bianfishco from the last four months of year 2012 to 2014. After understanding about the business failure and restructuring strategy of Bianfishco, this study also suggests some other solutions and points out other issues which may happen to Bianfishco and SHB. | en_US |
