| dc.description.abstract | This document is a business plan for a coffee shop model called Naturarium Café expected to be deployed in Hanoi city. After conducting research and learning about customer needs, the Naturarium Café project was assessed as feasible. The Naturarium Café model has a new style, close to nature, giving the feeling of a forest in the heart of the city Naturarium Café is ready to welcome and serve all types of customers, especially students, young employees, and people who love plants and terrariums. Our goal is to provide customers with high quality coffee and beverage products in a comfortable and convenient space. In addition, there are workshops about terrarium, our staff will share detailed instructions for making terrarium. This report includes 5 parts: Introduction to Naturarium Café, Terrarium-style coffee shop business model and development opportunities, Market analysis, Management & Marketing, Financial Strategy and Risk Management - Future Planning We assess that this market and business model have potential. To establish a successful business model and minimize risks, we have created a detailed business plan model that includes market analysis, core value assessment, human resources management and business structure.
