| dc.description.abstract | In the context of busy lifestyles, personal and family health seems to be overlooked. Particularly in the capital city of Hanoi, residents are increasingly facing health issues related to joint and bone health, as well as stress. Therefore, the SOHO Healthcare Center project was initiated with the primary goal of enhancing both physical and mental health for all customers. SOHO Healthcare Center provides a unique experience by combining the traditional Korean sauna and the Red Dao herbal bath of the Northwest region of Vietnam. Additionally, with a spacious communal area, SOHO is an ideal destination for family gatherings, fostering bonding and nurturing relationships. This thesis presents a comprehensive business plan based on innovative ideas and thorough research on the spa market. Alongside market analysis and customer profiling, the document describes financial activities and marketing strategies to ensure the project's success. Simultaneously, the project anticipates challenges that may arise in the initial operational phase, provides risk assessments, and proposes feasible solutions to minimize and overcome potential difficulties. SOHO Healthcare Center aims not only to deliver spa services but also suggests a holistic approach to health and well-being, creating a space for relaxation and community support. | en_US |
