Abstract

ABSTRACT NTCIR9-RITE is the first shared-task of recognizing textual inference in texts written in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese. JAIST team participates in three subtasks for Japanese: Binary-class, Entrance exam and RITE4QA. We adopt a machine learning approach for these subtasks, combining various kinds of entailment features by using machine learning techniques.
