Leave Management System

Abstract

Human resource management is an important matter in every organization which includes many problems. In each company, there will be a different approach in the management and using human resource, however, some processes, are based on a skeleton and just need to be slightly modified before apply to the specific company. One of them is the leave management process. Today, there is a significant rise in the amount of companies th at computerize their management system. Somehow, at some aspect of this modern system, paper still exists and causes a huge waste on resource, especially the process of leave form submission and creating leave balance. From the awareness of this problem, we want to develop a leave management application that can apply to any kind of organization to reduce wasting time/paper resource and cut down the complexity in the process of statistics.
