Abstract

Vietnamese sellers of ornamental plants want to find more customers, but their limited knowledge of Information Technology (IT) is preventing them from leveraging new advancements of technologies and modern devices to further develop their businesses. If there was a system to advertise and sell their plants to the large number of potential customers living across the country, their sales would definitely be improved significantly. Also, to be successful a system like that must be easy to be used by all people with very limited IT skills.
