Student Club Management System

Abstract

Nowadays the level of living and education is increasingly enhanced. Specially, in Vietnam, the majority of students after high school can continue their studies at university. At university environment, Vietnamese students not only study but they also participate in student clubs for making friends, gathering experience in living and working in team; helping community, or simply relaxing after study and so on. However, the current management completely done by hand-made. A lot of efforts have to be spending for management. When the chairman of club need to notice some news to club, he or she has to make phone calls orally transmitted or send emails to each member in club. Those things lead to lessen performance of the chairman and be late and missing important news of club members. Financial management and statistical work also make the chairman exhausted. Moreover, the president also has to face many difficult things when manage and supervise all clubs of a university. By the above reasons, there is a demand of a software system that may help student clubs organize, manage, and improve their current management to become more effectively, quickly and professionally. So we intend to develop software which may satisfy those necessary functions and provide plus functions to help club members fell more excited and enthusiastic when joining into clubs at their university
