Timetable and Teaching Session Management

Abstract

The authors of this project found that timetable management is a complexity process at the schools, especially for the university. Besides creating the general timetable sheets by hands, the Training staff must take care of the timetable for each class, timetable and timekeeping for the instructors and send all of these to them, or even the statistics reports by themselves. Those things are currently done manually with many Excel templates. The aim of the project team is to create a new system that improves the current teaching management process of the school by giving out some functions which are done automatically to replace the ones of the current process. All information related to the timetables of the school will be processed and stored to the database. Through the functions of the system the staff can directly modify and maintain the timetables. The reports also are generated automatically by the system. These will give many helps to improve the productivity of the Training staff.
