Abstract:
The research was performed with main objective is to determine the efficiency of key factors on customers’ housing purchase decision in Ho Chi Minh City. At first, based on analyzing of previous literature, a model was proposed. Then, in order to test the model, a pilot test was applied within a group of 15 respondents, and on a larger scale survey of 421 respondents include 182 online survey and 239 directly survey. The result determines that there is strong and positive relationship between customers’ housing purchase decision and the top two factors, which is conducted of “living space”, “distance”, following by three weaker factors including “feature”, “finance” and “environment”. According to different demographics of age, income, marital status, gender and education level, it is found that there is no different in customers’ decision making.
