Abstract:
For a long time, the topics about education generally and university education itself are always hot topics that attract a lot of attention from the press, society, as well as specialists and leaders.
As before, education is considered as a non-commercial and non-profitable activity and career to educate people and lead them to the good things. However, over a long time under a lot of influences from various reasons, especially the effect of market economic makes education no longer like its definition before. Overtime, the nature of education has been changed from non-profitable activities to “service-oriented education”. Following that, education becomes a kind of service that customers (students, parents) are willing to spend money in order to invest and use in the best way they can.
As becoming a service orientation, overtime more and more private universities are established and developed that leads to the creation of education market, with the increasing of trading activities about both quality and quantity in order to satisfy the needs and wants of customers by various educating systems: official, inter-college transfer, in-service, online, etc and so on. Although from the dark sides, many problems happen as bad quality in educating, low-qualified students after graduation, unethical problems, unsuitable teaching methodology and so forth. This sort of things leads to the confusion in making decision process on which university by both students and parents.
