Abstract

- Currently, there are many websites for people to find new jobs and for companies to find new employees. The typical ones are Vietnam’s www.vietnamworks.com, www.timviecnhanh.com... and famous foreign websites like www.freelancer.com.... These websites cover a variety of jobs and do not focus in any particular job category, except Freelancer.com – which focuses more in the IT area. There are no available websites, especially in Vietnam, designed specifically for searching jobs and human resources in IT. - In many software companies in Vietnam, sometimes they do not have enough human resources to complete all their projects and their solution is to contact other company partners to outsource a part of the project. But it is not always easy to find a partner who can fulfill the project’s requirement in a short period of time.
