Abstract: Despite the gradual increasing of MW every year in Vietnam, workers are still unsatisfied with this. Along with labor union, they require the government adjust the MW in order to maintain the fundamental living standard. However, this requirement always engages in the protests of business guild, which will lead to a controversy between employer and employee. The goal of this report is to find out and analyze factors, which affect directly to the MW. This also can helps government to identify the effective MW for workers.
