Abstract: This study will discuss about the relationship between of customer loyalty and E-commerce. More details are between customer loyalty in B2C model of Zalora Vietnam. Zalora starts business at Vietnam from 2012 so that they also have strong position in Vietnam E-business market. If Lazada sell everything, Zalora just sell product about fashion of men, women and children. Although Zalora is started business after Lazada a year but now Zalora balanced profit and revenue with Lazada. In this study, research about customer loyalty for Zalora, it can help us determine and evaluate all factors of E-loyalty in Vietnam context.
