Abstract: Within this research, authors would like to find the factors which affecting customers’ online repurchase intentions in the specific case of Tiki Vietnam. We also figure out how they affect this intention. After doing the research, we go to the conclusion that there are six main factors which positively affect online repurchase intention. They are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Functionality, Trust, Reliability, and Firm Reputation.
