WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) is a trending technology all over the world nowadays. WSN is a self-organized network using tens to thousands of smart sensor devices which have the ability to communicate wirelessly, gather data (heat, light, air conditions…) and compute the data themselves. Despite its very large scale, WSN just needs astonishingly low cost, low power and small space. Moreover, a simple WSN is not too difficult for anybody to create and use. Because of its fast and incredible improvements, WSN has already been affecting a lot of life’s aspects such as traffic, healthcare, security, military and agriculture. In near future, WSN will make much more notable impact to our daily life.
