Location-Based Facebook Chatbot

Abstract

To support users to find the location where can help them to view products,promotion and service. We concentrate on the one thing familiar with people nowadays - their smart phones and using facebook as hobby behavior. Chat bot will detect where customers are staying then it will let help user know which products, which promotions are occurring around their and which store is nearby. Beside supporting customer, chat bot will give businesses one more channel to introduce their products, the promotions. Through it, businesses can increase brand affinity and access potential customers. Moreover, we develop a bot management site to manage how the bot analyze customer’s intent. Bot administrator can use web GUI to update the bot and teach it instead of raw coding. This process can help the bot to learn quickly and saving time for development team.
