Abstract:
This research is designed for finding impact of promotion on customer’s brand
awareness, how they influence and what factor of promotion is impact the most to
customer brand awareness. And based on it, provide recommendations for marketing
strategy of business.
Methodology: This research integrating both qualitative and quantitative research.
Quantitative was conducted by online survey with multiple questions while qualitative was
implemented with in-depth interview.
