Analyzing the factors of choosing payment methods in online shopping: a study of atadi.vn

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify different payment methods to be utilized in online shopping and find out which factor that affect customer when they choosingpayment method on Atadi.vn. From that, authors will propose the recommendations for Atadi to improve the convenience and security of their payment method. To achieve all the three main goals, we adopt quantitative research (survey). The research model is assessed by using SPSS, Excel and the most influential factors. The analyzed results show the relationship between consumers and factor that affect to their choice and through it, the authors will suggest some solutions to solve the problem.
