Receivables Management

Abstract

This project concerns about automating the receivables collection process. System will track the process, update stage in well-timed, auto send SMS and auto call. However, user can miss incoming events because they don’t know their existence. Thereby, collector should be informed about process changes in real time without having to update user interface usually. The manager takes responsibility for assigning receivables to collector. A large number of collector in system makes this job becomes boring and time-consuming. What’s more, manual assigning task can make task distribution inappropriate. It is possible that this person has to take more work than others, or has to take works outside of his working area. Hence, a list of appropriate collector based on their area and availability is need to provide to manager to reduce time and effort on assigning task.
