Optimizing and Make plugin to Student’s Training Management Process

Abstract

- The training process must be taken directly from the user, sometimes the process must be updated after the module is completed because the process at that time is not accurate. - The data is handled on excel in various formats so transferring data to the same format is very time consuming, which leads to data entry into difficult system. - Data exported from old systems such as FAP is being misleading because the data on these systems is currently inaccurate. To standardize this data and ensure accuracy it must continually filter by excel and compare it with the correct data from the training department. - Some software statistics do not have accurate data for comparison - A few complex tasks are currently handled manually because the old system cannot adapt. - The previous project needs maintenance due to changes in training management process. - A number of manual processes are being handled incorrectly and need to be verified and refined.
