Building Attendance System with IP Camera

Abstract

New technology: The team needs time to learn about new technologies like machine learning, deep learning in order to apply face recognition. On top of that, we need to learn a new language: Python; IP camera research: We need to research how to get video stream from IP camera. -Connect multiple components: We have multiple components: IP camera, router, 2 desktop applications, Python component to recognize faces. Connecting those components is a challenge; Networking: Our applications must be able to operate without internet and connect to each other in LAN.
