YouPoint_All-in-one application for customer experience and retention with merchants

Abstract

In this start-up project, the authors discuss and analyze about YouPoint - All-in-one application for customers’ experience and retention with merchants. The application acts as an intermediary to help connect customers to the store and customers accumulated points. Our mission is to help users accumulate points at a specific store and use that point in every store in YouPoint's network. Furthermore, YouPoint helps merchants attract new customers and also retain old customers as well. The target market will be focused on Vietnam with target customers from 14 to 25 years old, or generation Z who have a habit of liking outside activities and often make purchases of eating/drinking through discounted prices.
