Abstract

Adidas is an advocate of fast fashion and high-quality products, which rarely come together. At SHC Company - one of Adidas’ manufacturing plants in Viet Nam, the current Quality Control (QC) process is 100% manual, which at times can be tedious and slow-moving as compared to the high demand of the industry. The QC process aims to detect defective products and materials along the assembly line and eliminate such products from advancing further. Said process currently comprises multiple steps to detect different kinds of defects, all of which require human attention interaction.
