Abstract: Cloud-based services allow us to manage files, storage files, and share files but they lack security features that are currently being focused on due to more and more attacks. We provide a number of solutions to secure files by encryption and control methods such as authentication using OTP and authorization functions before reaching users. However, if we just do that, it remains impossible to avoid situations that deliberately leak information. Therefore, our team suggests that there should be some features that can control those who download files, share files, how long are files used and how are they used? When threats do arise, it's simpler to track responsibility and fix them.
