Abstract

Currently, JobTest is using a number of official HR staff to find candidates to meet recruitment needs for jobs from partner companies. This leads to a large number of costs incurred in paying salaries and working space for official staff. However, most of the HR staff have different strengths in recruiting for different industries, so the ability of looking for candidates is not equal across industries. Therefore, the recruitment performance will not be absolutely optimal and waste an unreasonable expense.
