Introduction: Green purchase is becoming a special concern of consumers in recent years.
Buying green products directly impacts the environment as well as the health of consumers.
And to find out the factors affecting the purchase intention of consumers, the purpose of this
study is to find out the factors affecting the green purchase intention of consumers in Hanoi.
Purpose: This study aims to find out and determine the factors affecting green purchase
intention in Hanoi. The study proposes some constructive solutions and directions for further
research.
Methodology: Descriptive study design was used in this study. A standard questionnaire
was used to collect the required data. The research uses a non-probability sampling method.
Information was collected by a survey including 380 samples from consumers aged 18 to 65
years old with many different professions in Hanoi.
Results: The research shows that the factors affecting the green purchase intention of
consumers in Hanoi are Health Consciousness (HC), Price (P), Subjective Norm (SN) and
Environmental Concern (EC).
Implications of the study: This study provides implications for businesses and government
to know and plan to minimize the maximum influence on consumers' green purchase
intention.
