Abstract

Vietjet Academy has such a large warehouse system that manual management like dealing with import and export processes, or making a borrow request can be time-consuming and waste lots of effort.Periodically, warehouse manager will have to record the import and export of goods, then distribute them to other warehouses. Moreover, goods can be exchanged between warehouses as well, so that an instructor’s request can be fulfilled, or the warehouse can be ready with the most stock possible.Furthermore, items can be categorized into consumables and rotables. For consumables, warehouse manager needs to do a periodic check to see if they are at low-stock threshold and refill them when necessary. For rotables, they need maintenance or calibration, or to be discarded when they are out of use. Warehouse manager has to record these services.
