Abstract

Medical staff working at FPT University HCM’s clinic have to manage medicine, make prescriptions, make monthly reports and request to buy medicines manually. To make prescriptions for patients, medical staff write down patient information and medicines to use in a notebook. Patients after receiving medicines from medical staff have to remember their medication schedule. Expired medicine can be harmful to patients, medical staff have to keep track of every medicines’ expiration day to discard expired medicine and prioritize the use of the medicine with the nearest expiry date.
