EDULINK - ONLINE EDUCATION PLATFORM

Abstract

In the explosive era of technology, E-learning has developed and achieved certain achievements. However, it was only during the Covid-19 pandemic that E-learning really became the leading educational trend worldwide. Therefore, the EDULINK - Online education for students project is aimed at providing teachers and students with safe and effective online learning experiences. In addition, this project is also nourished with the hope that it can improve the quality of teaching and learning for organisations in the online learning process. EDULINK's product is an online education platform that includes many useful features for teaching such as scheduling, storing documents, assigning homework, taking exams, grading,... Additionally, EDULINK has developed and optimised the function of classifying lectures and creating multiple-choice questions automatically to help teachers save time and effort in the teaching process. EDULINK's target customers are teachers who open private classes and private educational organisations in Hanoi. In this thesis, we will come up with a specific business plan based on our team's creative ideas and research on the online education market. Besides the market and customer analysis, we have also planned the marketing and financial activities of the business. Finally, we also have predicted some risks that business might face when starting to operate and offer some solutions
