Abstract

With the development of the Internet and E-commerce, E-Contracts have gained value in terms of scope and diversity in particular. An online or electronic contract is an agreement made in an electronic model, entered into and executed primarily via the Internet. Conceptually, an online contract is very similar and is drafted in the same way as a traditional paper contract.FPT.eContract is an electronic contract platform solution helping to sign contracts remotely, ensuring legal and maximum security. During this time, our team has been working with FPT Corporation to develop marketing communication strategies and plans to promote and sell Econtract products of FPT Corporation
