Abstract:
These days, the Vietnamese students, or generally the “Gen Z” are considered to be one of the most significant customer segments of multiple brands. The explosion of the “Gen Z” era is exposing huge opportunities for many businesses to take advantage of. However, approaching this target customer segment effectively and economically is not something simple.
Specifically, the brands are now running various marketing campaigns on many different social media platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Google Ads, and so on. These campaigns consume a large amount of the budget, but the efficiency value is still not commensurate. The fundamental reasons are not being focused on their target customer segment, delivering on multiple incoherent platforms, and bringing non-durable effects on customers.
