Abstract

In recent years, most of the coral reefs have been in a state of serious decline. There are many reasons leading to the death of coral reef ecosystems. First of all, it is due to overexploitation, sedimentation, pollution, explosion of harmful organisms, invasion of sponges, natural disasters. Studies on the current status of reef biological resources in coastal areas of Vietnam also reflect the poor situation of the composition of beneficial organisms such as fish, molluscs, echinoderms, and crustaceans. This shows the fact that the current status of coral reefs in Vietnam's coastal waters is on a serious decline due to over-exploitation, unreasonable use, and environmental pollution. Island tourism is one of the most attractive places for tourists, including diving services to see coral. Thanks to the characteristics of Vietnam's sea, it becomes an ideal place for diving to see corals. Nowadays, when diving tours become more professional and require higher quality.
