Abstract

After the covid 19 pandemic ended, due to being restrained for too long, tourism demand increased. In the first quarter of 2022, international tourists to our country were estimated at nearly 91,000 arrivals, up 89.1% over the same period last year. Many of them have problems that make their experience worse. Tourists often have difficulty accessing local services such as entertainment venues, cafes, events, booking tickets, etc. Tourists are often ripped off when they go to unreliable places. Besides, they have no idea about the interesting places nearby. So they waste their time to find a good place to go. Moreover, they often miss nearby events because there is no information about it.
