Abstract:
Phu Quoc – an island in the Southwest of Vietnam, is one of the most popular destinations with foreign
and local tourists. Tourism here has been invested and upgraded for years, though there are many
problems that arise for tourists when they arrive on this island, the outstanding one is movement in
Phu Quoc for example. Tourists are often confused about how to move, where to hire a vehicle, or
how long to travel, … If unlucky, tourists can be forced to price higher than usual. This may cause
tourists to become unfriendly towards Phu Quoc. That is why we create an application that helps
travellers to move safely and conveniently. Through the app, tourists are guided to move after they
searched for their destination. Following that, they can choose themselves means of transport that
suit them. This means that information about hiring vehicle place is illustrated and the route for
moving may also be changed to fit with each kind of transport. Our application is also a useful tool for
transport businesses in Phu Quoc to connect quickly with travellers when they just arrive on this
stunning island. Thence, we can offer the tourists full or partial-service packages which are perspicuous
and obvious. Besides, there are also promo codes to reduce customers' moving costs as well as to
encourage purchases on the app. After customers sign up, sign in, and manipulate the app, personal
information and transaction history are saved. (Moreover, the credit card swipe feature is also added
to enhance customers' convenience and especially in case customers have troubles with their mobile
phone). It is undoubted that Hyper is like a local tour guide for tourists which is not only useful, but it
also helps tourists avoid troubles when first setting foot on a new place.
