Abstract:
The development of IT means that people have more and more access to information, influential
people can spread information quickly. Therefore, Influencer Marketing was born and growing day by
day. Customers have shifted from watching traditional ads to view reviews and ratings from KOLs (Key
opinion leader) about a product on social networks.
Social commerce is growing rapidly, the most obvious example is the recent development of TikTok
Shop that changed the behavior of consumers. Instead of finding products on traditional e-commerce
platforms like Shopee, Tiki, Lazada, they find the review videos in social media and then make the
decision. A lot of brands, store owners have also switched from traditional advertising to Influencer
Marketing - making product review videos.
Groups on the Facebook platform also appear to connect brands and creators. Brands create posts to
search for creators to advertise their products by filling product information and requirements,
creators in these groups will comment to apply for the job.
