Abstract

After more than 17 years of establishment and development, Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park (KCNC) has become a reliable destination for high-tech investment in Ho Chi Minh City as well as Vietnam. According to preliminary statistics from KCNC, by the end of April 2019, KCNC had granted investment certificates to 154 projects with a total investment capital of about 7,136 billion USD. With such rapid development, managing a large number of businesses with diverse fields of activity and rich human resources in many countries is not a small challenge for the Management Board and the Board of Directors. Especially the business management department (DN). The biggest difficulty of enterprise management today is that enterprise data is still mainly processed manually, leading to inconsistent data.
