Abstract

Task Management System is a software developed to help the academy manage tasks of all related personnel, bug tracking and Kanban project management is allowed in software. In general, the tasks are divided into three types: Tasks in project, tasks outside project and personal tasks. The management is sometimes unable to manage costs or incorrect information or even loss of information. These problems lead to poor effectiveness in management. Formerly, when management wants to create a new project, they must go through many steps beforehand, such as: add members to project, create and estimate tasks in project, assign members to handle tasks. All processes will be tracked and recorded in the form of charts and reports, this will help the board of management understand the progress of the project without having to participate directly.
