Abstract:
Vietnamese Connect Co., Ltd has been working in the field of study abroad consulting for 5 years since 2017. Until now, Vietnamese Connect has constantly developed their services, built trust in customers and has gradually affirmed its position in the market. In 2022, the company decided to expand its branch to Northern Vietnam - Hanoi city. Since its establishment, the company has always focused on the real quality brought to customers, therefore, their strongest communication method is word-of-mouth, while social media communication was weak and not effective. However, since having expanded the third branch to Hanoi city, Vietnamese Connect confronted the challenge of creating a difference and making a splash in the study abroad market with their longtime competitors in Hanoi. This time, it is essential to develop a communication strategy and plan for Vietnamese Connect.
