Development and communication support for the Research Methods in Communication (RMC201) course on the Coursera platform.

Abstract

In this project, we seek to develop a Coursera course for subject RMC201 for FPT University. Throught our research across communications fields, E-learning and specific FPT case, we built a detailed strategy for this course. The first stage is building the content for this course by utiliizing academic material, and following Coursera’s pedagogy principles. When the content is ready, we produce all the video and subtitles, uploading it to the platform. Finally, a communication campaing is developed to bring the product closer to the users (FPT students).
