Abstract

Currently, the company Startup Minswap is managing employees with disjointed, non-synchronous and unoptimized tools. Time attendance management by taking attendance of people present at the company, salary calculation by google sheet, application management by google form, data is not stored, discrete and processed manually. Every day, the manager takes 30 minutes to take attendance, check the leave applications, and late entry from others. Minswap is a start-up company with about 30 members and growing fast, they need a tool to replace manual management methods. Therefore, the SWP490_G25 team proposed a human resource management solution for Minswap company to help them manage employees' check-in time, assign roles, company information, notify employees and managers can see the statistics of employees each month.
