Abstract

In Hanoi nowadays, there are many streets with a large number of cafes such as Giang Vo, Trieu Viet Vuong and Hang Da, just to name a few. "BiZ Cafe" will negotiate with suitable premises owners in Ba Dinh district to cooperate in signing space leasing and doing business at the most convenient location with customers. At the present time, when covid-19 has just passed, it is not too difficult to find a location where there are many companies and agencies working around and a quiet space. In order to ensure a profit and optimize costs, the space cost is from VND 18,000,000 to VND 25,000,000 for a house with 2 floors and a rooftop with the total area of over 100m2. In addition, we will find a location with sidewalks to ensure the cost of parking for customers in order to minimize costs and also have convenient parking for customers . Every weekend or based on customers’ booking on weekdays, we will invite influencers in business, finance fields such as successful entrepreneurs, trustworthy investors. We also use our own relationship networks to spread to our target customers to come and join us. Our customers also can be the one who choose the topic can be discussed or even introduce our keynote speaker of events, who have to become valuable guests to share their stories, and experiences in business and talk with customers of “CaFe BiZ”. Besides providing an environment of exchange and sharing with customers, our drinks are also carefully selected in terms of clean ingredients and meticulous in the selection process, giving customers satisfaction.
