Nutrition food store for pregnancy - "LA MEAL O'MA" RESTAURANT IN HANOI

Abstract

This document presents the business plan of a Vietnamese restaurant scheduled to open in Hanoi called "La meal o'ma". Through in-depth research and actual understanding of the needs and tastes of our customers, we find that our ideas are really feasible and necessary. With the mission of taking care of every meal for pregnant women and postpartum women, so that they can go through the period during and after pregnancy to minimize anorexia, complete nutrition, for a healthy next generation. In general, La meal o'ma always welcomes and serves all customers. But our target customers will be especially women during pregnancy and postpartum. Our goal is to provide pregnant women in the Hanoi area with meals with a rich menu, balanced nutrition, avoiding morning sickness and saving time for the family. In addition, we realize that this market is very potential and the needs of people are also increasing day by day. For business success and risk reduction, we will create a specific business plan including assessment, value proposition market analysis, human resource management, financial planning and marketing plan , and risk management. The plan will be made as realistic as possible
