Abstract

Proposed in this document is a business plan for a mobile food truck model, specializing in a clean food buffet, specifically skewered food, that is expected to open in Hoa Lac High Park - Hanoi, under the name Phe Xien. After conducting in-depth research and studying the practical needs, tastes, and preferences of the customers, the Phe Xien project has been deemed our idea feasible and vital. Not only does our model carry the mission of introducing a new style of street food that can satisfy the needs of young people, but it also places a priority on providing knowledge of health and food safety, along with meaningful values to the community. In general, Phe Xien warmly welcomes and caters to every kind of customer, especially the students, young employees, and school-age segments. Our objective is nothing more than to offer scrumptious meals and unforgettable experiences to our patrons. Furthermore, we assess that the market and this business model have enormous potential, with people's interest growing daily. To establish a thriving business model while minimizing risk, we will create a detailed business plan comprising market analysis, core value assessments, human resource management, corporate structure, financial planning for at least three years, and a corresponding marketing strategy.
