BUSINESS PLAN FOR "TON TON KITCHEN" RESTAURANT IN HOA LAC

Abstract

In this document, we will present a business plan for a Korean food restaurant in Vietnam, expected to open in Thach That district, Hanoi, called "Ton Ton Kitchen". We discovered that this concept is both very practicable and comparatively necessary after conducting extensive study on customer demands and preferences. Our goal is to provide consumers with authentic Korean food of the highest quality while also ensuring clean and fresh food sources. Overall, TonTon Kitchen welcomes and serves all types of customers. However, our target customers will mainly be students and employees in Thach That, Hanoi. We have found that the Korean food market is highly popular, but currently in the Hoa Lac area, there is no authentic Korean food restaurant, so the food service market in Hoa Lac market is very promising. In addition, the demand is constantly increasing. We have developed a specialized business plan that includes analysis, research, market evaluation, value proposition, financial planning, marketing, resource management, and risk management in order to make the company successful and reduce hazards. Additionally, this plan is also evaluated based on practical experience.
