Abstract

Sedentary lifestyles have become more and more common in recent years, especially among office workers and government personnel. Obesity, cardiovascular disease, and musculoskeletal ailments are just a few of the health issues that have been linked to prolonged periods of inactivity and excessive sitting, respectively. People in Vietnam have a wide range of options for enhancing and improving their health as the country continues to develop on all fronts. Particularly, a lot of individuals decide to visit medical facilities as an efficient way to enhance health and prevent disease. This research paper will display, evaluate and provide information about the plan for a business model named “Asahi Healthcare Center” in Hanoi, and specifically Cau Giay district. This center provides health and spiritual care solutions for customers who have problems with bones and joints, suffer from long-term stress, sit and work for many hours continuously, etc. The report consists of 08 parts: Introduction about the current state of health deterioration, opportunities and overview of the company; Market Research; Key activity plan; Strategy; Marketing Mix 7ps; Financial Analysis; Risks Management and Future Plan. According to the findings of the analysis and evaluation, the “ASAHI Healthcare Center” model business has the potential to operate and benefit both customers and owners.
