Abstract:
Environmental pollution in general and environmental pollution from disposable
plastic waste, in particular, have always been a global problem that cannot be
completely solved. A primary study was conducted that showed a positive
association between perceived environmental benefits from reducing single-use
plastic consumption and low-consumption single-use plastic products
behaviour. Increasing human awareness is a process that requires a long time
and a significant investment of effort. Therefore, creating a campaign focusing
on the main audience of FPT University students (HCMC Branch) is appropriate
when balancing the campaign's purpose with the available resources and time.
The report will detail the formation process and achieved results, as well as the
necessary contribution to society of the awareness-raising communication
campaign among undergraduate students in Ho Chi Minh City in general and
FPT University (HCMC Branch) students in particular about the environmental
benefits of reducing single-use plastic waste named Green Up That White.
