Research and design on animated film "Father and Daughter"

Abstract

This research and design project focuses on the development of an animated film titled "Father and Daughter". The film centers around a young girl who has lost her mother and lives with her father. Through the use of character development and a carefully crafted plot, the film emphasizes the importance of the parent-child relationship in helping children cope with loss and loneliness. The daughter's personality is described as sensitive, shy, and docile, and the father's love, care, and sacrifice for his daughter are portrayed throughout the film. The research process involved studying the common characteristics expressed by children dealing with loss, as well as the impact of parent-child relationships on emotional well-being. Techniques in hand drawing and perspective were employed to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the animation. The goal of this project is to convey a meaningful message about the significance of family relationships, specifically the special bond between a father and daughter.
