Scented candle business

Abstract

This research paper will display, evaluate and provide information about the plan for a business model named “Insight Igniters”. We found that the scented candles market in Vietnam is still in early development with a low competition rate. The market is relatively feasible and has very potential for starting up a business plan for this subject matter. Our company's products will focus mainly on creating organic scented candle products that have 100% natural ingredients and are very environmentally friendly. We strive to bring a nostalgic feeling to our customers when consuming our products. The report is divided into 8 parts: Introduction describing the company's current state of decline, potential, and overview; Market Research; Key Activity Plan; Strategy; Marketing Mix 7ps; Financial Analysis; Risks Management; and Future Plan. The study and evaluation conclusions indicate that the "Insight Igniters" model business can succeed and provide owners and customers with benefits.
