Abstract: Globally and notably in Vietnam, there is a discernible uptrend in the cultivation of employee communication. The recognition of the merits of the employee communication resides in its capacity to foster a constructive and methodical professional, conducive to organizational triumph, whilst concurrently nurturing the resilience of teams. Consequently, Vietnamese enterprises are progressively channeling their efforts towards the cultivation of a unique cultural identity. Given the prevalent phenomenon of substantial job mobility within the Information Technology sector, the imperative of internal cultural communication emerges as paramount. It serves as a pivotal mechanism for the attraction and, correspondingly, the retention of talent. At present, IT plays a pivotal role in driving economic growth and enhancing innovation globally as well as within individual national economies. The progression of IT has led to the emergence of numerous high-value professions, creating abundant job prospects. With rapid and robust advancement, Vietnam has emerged as a leader in the global IT landscape, securing the top position in the outsourced software services market and ranking first in the mobile application economic index among the six most developed ASEAN nations. These remarkable achievements are undoubtedly owed to the substantial contributions of our nation's IT enterprises. CMC, one of a leading Technology Corporation in Vietnam, has solidified its standing in both local and international markets over its 30-year journey of development. Following the mission 'Aspire to Inspire the Digital World,' and a philosophy centered on ambition and inspiration, CMC consistently strives to gain the trust of its consumers, serve as a source of inspiration for tech enthusiasts and contributes to the development of Vietnam's economy. This thesis focuses on the planning and execution of the CMC Group's 30th Anniversary, a chain of events encompassing various activities such as the Golf tournament, Running, Football, E-sports, Symphony, CMC dance, CMC index competition, and the 30th Anniversary night. These events mark a significant milestone, beginning with meticulous planning and analysis of situation analysis and CMC's current status. Subsequently, time, budget, and resources are outlined. The execution phase offers CMC an opportunity to celebrate achievements, acknowledge the dedication of its executives and employees, and honor the collaboration of loyal customers. The series of events has proved success and received possitive feedback, resonating not only among internal staff but also with the invited guests.
