Abstract

Banh mi is an indispensable dish for everyone in general, and for our group in particular. Among the countless delicious dishes in the world, meat-filled bread stands out with its rich flavor and the satisfaction it brings. It's not just a regular food item; it carries a lot of cultural value within it. Therefore, we have chosen the bread brand as the subject of our project. Through surveys and experiences at famous shops in the Can Tho area, we decided to select “Banh mi Ba Co” for our research topic and project implementation. “Banh Mi Ba Co” is one of the busiest and oldest Banh Mi in Can Tho.
